By using StockTokenSwap you agree that the interface is provided “as is,” that you are solely responsible for wallet security and transaction decisions, and that you will not use the interface in violation of applicable law or Stock Token availability restrictions.

You represent that you are not a resident of the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland accessing Stock Token markets in violation of those restrictions, and that any attestation you provide is accurate.

Operators of StockTokenSwap are not brokers, custodians, or advisors. Smart-contract and third-party protocol risks apply. To the maximum extent permitted by law, liability is limited to the fees actually paid to the interface (if any) in the prior 30 days.
